Every once in a while I will get my old yearbook out. 1972. That was a long time ago. Fred Flintstone was in my graduating class!

Our (Gloucester County Christian School) yearbooks were given out this week. The Yearbook Staff and their Faculty Sponsor did a great job. A few features were added that really enhanced the book. This is the first year that every page is in color.

Senior pages

Yearbooks are a great way to memorialize the year. We want to remember the fun times we had and the participation in sports, fine arts, and other events. Solomon encourages young people to “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them…” Eccl. 12:1

Remembering

The Christian school should provide many memories but the most important is the memory of the Creator. Remembering what He did for us in providing forgiveness of sins through Christ. Remembering the night at the HS retreat when a life was given in dedication to Christ. Remembering the bonds of true Christian friendship with classmates and staff. Yes, even remembering Algebra 1 and how to diagram a sentence.

Yearbooks are fun- a great tradition at GCCS.
