Josh Yohe, High School Faculty ~ Josh Yohe is a member of the history department teaching freshman Government & Geography and senior Economics & Modern History; in addition to 12th English, Senior Life Skills, 9th Computers, and leading up the Yearbook this year. Josh has a B.A. in history and minor in Bible from Pensacola Christian College and is a Google Level 1 Certified Educator. He has been involved in education over the past 3 years in numerous ways including researching and writing textbooks for 3rd, 4th, and 11th grade History and 12th grade Economics for the Abeka publishing company. Josh also created a scholarship for children to attend a Christian summer camp for free, as well as a history nonprofit, Hidden History. Hidden History is the largest historical nonprofit of its kind, reaching over 500,000 people monthly. Josh has lectured often through his nonprofit and has continued his love of history through several genealogical projects as well as research projects for major university professors, publishing several history-related newspaper and magazine articles, and publishing two books (with a third soon on its way) Daily Dose of History and Daily Dose of History: Vol. 2. Outside of academia Josh enjoys time with his wife Michala, playing sports, and playing music (of which he can play each of the members of the brass family). The Yohe’s attend Community Bible Church, where Josh is the media coordinator.
